Advance Monitoring Learning & Evaluation (MLE) Workshop for NETs and Affiliates

The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with strategies for engaging their organizations in the following areas:

• Enhancing collective reflection: Participants will explore methods to facilitate organizational reflection on past actions, achievements, and their implications for strategic planning. This reflection aims to improve the organization’s ability to achieve its objectives.
• Strengthening leadership reporting: Participants will learn ways to improve how leadership reports on the organization’s activities and accomplishments to members, networks, funders, and other stakeholders.
