Focus on the next 25 years: sharing experiences and knowledge, setting priorities, framing problems and reviewing WIEGO activities and future plans.
At the institutional member constituency meeting the discussions were aimed at:
- Sharing ideas about priorities for WIEGO worker education, which will help to shape the WIEGO plans moving forward.
- Sharing experiences of working with or in the trade union movement as a key ally for change which will help to shape WIEGO’s work in supporting the building or relationships with and in the trade union movement.
- Sharing experiences of bringing about changes in law, policies and practices that in turn have positively changed the working lives of our members on the ground. This will help to shape WIEGO’s work in supporting nets and membership based organizations in their efforts to bring about changes in law, policies and practises.
