Collective Negotiations and Strategy Development for Workers in the Informal Economy Training

Homenet Kenya’s Assistant Secretary, Juliana Kikuvi, represented the organization at a recent workshop which was held between 6th- 10th February, 2024 with two main goals. Firstly, it aimed to enhance negotiation skills among participants by teaching them how to navigate negotiations effectively, ensure everyone’s active involvement, and follow up efficiently. Secondly, the workshop focused on understanding negotiation procedures, including drafting and enforcing agreements and developing a detailed negotiating strategy for application in the workplace.
