Home-based worker leaders spanning 35 countries converged in Nairobi, Kenya, for the groundbreaking inaugural Strategic Planning Meeting and OMT Workshop (Organizational Mapping Tool) hosted by HomeNet International. This significant gathering took place from the 6th to the 10th of November, creating a dynamic platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and strategic planning among leaders advocating for the rights and well-being of home-based workers globally. The event not only fostered a sense of unity among participants but also provided a fertile ground for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at advancing the interests and conditions of home-based workers on an international scale.
